I am an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and NLP Business Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and animals achieve emotional and physical well-being. My approach integrates ancient techniques with modern psychology to offer a holistic experience.

What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a technique that integrates elements of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology; like acupuncture without needles. It involves body and mind and is a holistic way to improve health and wellbeing. There is lots of research supporting the benefits of EFT.
What can EFT help with?
EFT can calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, reduce pain and discomfort, promote healing, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, assist with weight control, relieve disturbing thoughts or limiting beliefs, improve confidence and goal setting and much more.

We created Life On Purpose because we’ve been — and still are — on a journey from living the life we stumbled into to living a life filled with purpose and intention. A life we’ve consciously chosen.
Along the way, we’ve had support from many places, but we never quite found the community we needed to walk beside us through all the twists and turns. As the saying goes, when you can’t find the light, be the light. So that’s what we’re doing — and we’d love for you to join us.
What the Community offers - Weekly Online Sessions – Sunday, 7pm
For one hour each Sunday evening, we come together online to let go of the week that’s been and welcome the week ahead.
We’ll share a guided meditation or tapping practice around the month’s theme, create space for you to set your intentions, and offer gentle accountability as you take the actions you’ve chosen to build your Life on Purpose.

Spring Retreat
Saturday 21st March 2026 - 10am - 3pm
The arrival of spring feels like the perfect time to pause and reconnect with yourself. We invite you to join us for a day of reflection, renewal, and gentle exploration.
With our base at Hunsonby Community Centre, we will journey together to the ancient landscape of Long Meg and Her Daughters. In this powerful setting, you’ll be invited to connect with your own inner history — embracing the parts of yourself you long to welcome, and gently releasing the chapters you no longer wish to carry so heavily.
The day will weave together Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), personal reflection, and meditation, creating a beautifully held space to honour what has been, and to make room for what is yet to come.

FAQs
Do I need to have experience with Reiki or EFT?
Not at all. This day is open to everyone, and no prior knowledge or experience of Reiki or EFT is needed.
Part of the day is outside - what if it's raining?
We’re in Cumbria after all, so it’s always a possibility! Unless it feels unsafe to spend time at Long Meg, we plan to go ahead whatever the weather. Please come prepared with suitable clothing — coats or sunscreen may be needed. It is the end of March, after all… possibly both!
What's the plan for lunch?
Please bring a packed lunch with you. There is a fridge at the hall and basic kitchen facilities available. There are no nearby shops within walking distance during the lunch break. Tea, coffee, and a few little treats will be provided.
